Job Description:

We seek a dynamic and highly organized Personal Assistant who brings a unique blend of Scrum Master, Six Sigma, marketing, and accounting skills to support our executive team. The ideal candidate will excel in managing projects, optimizing processes, and driving business growth while providing exceptional administrative support.

Key Responsibilities;

Project Management:

Serve as a Scrum Master for various projects, facilitating agile methodologies and ensuring effective sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.

Apply Six Sigma principles to analyze processes, identify inefficiencies, and implement improvements to enhance productivity and quality.

Administrative Support:

Manage daily administrative tasks, including scheduling, email management, travel arrangements, and preparing reports and presentations.

Assist with document management, ensuring all files are organized and easily accessible.

Marketing:

Support marketing initiatives by coordinating campaigns, conducting market research, and analyzing marketing metrics to track performance and suggest improvements.

Assist in creating marketing materials, managing social media accounts, and liaising with external vendors and partners.

Accounting:

Handle basic accounting tasks such as invoice processing, expense tracking, and financial reporting.

Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.

Communication:

Act as a liaison between the executive team and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring clear and effective communication.

Prepare and deliver concise and professional correspondence, reports, and presentations.

Qualifications:

Certified Scrum Master (CSM) with a proven track record in agile project management.

Six Sigma certification (Green Belt or higher) with experience in process improvement.

Strong marketing acumen, with experience in campaign management, market research, and social media.

Solid understanding of accounting principles, with hands-on experience in financial tasks.

Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of interacting with various stakeholders.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello), and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero).
